  • SSTP "Intelligent information technologies" – "To develop and introduce the software complex for managing the equipment for critical sizes controlling on the basis of machine vision systems (SC MECSC, IIT16/1-03, 2016- 2018 (2020)),

  • R&D "To develop experimental of the neural network system for monitoring the state and behavior of spacecraft subsystems according to the telemetric data for a ground command and measuring complex" as part of the measure 1.2 of the Union State program "Development of space and ground-based means for providing consumers in Russia and Belarus with information on Earth remote sensing" ("Monitoring-SG").

Developments:

  • R&D "To develop a software complex for image processing and analysis for technical vision systems in the microelectronic industry" was performed as part of the SSTP "Microelectronics" of the subprogram "Microelectronics of Electronic Components". Algorithms for preparing and improving images of topological layers, algorithms for identifying and classifying topology objects and their structural components, algorithms for constructing a description of the topology of a layer, algorithms for analyzing the topology of a layer and determining its defects.

  • SSTP "Information Technologies". System for preparing topological information for microphotosetting image generators. During work on the system, the following methods were developed and implemented in software: methods of covering special topological objects with rectangles; the method for dividing a set of simple contours into classes containing intersecting contours; a method for establishing an inclusion relationship between circuits information transformation methods (combining intersecting contours; combining intersecting rectangles; highlighting simply-connected and multi-connected topological objects); method of covering arbitrary multi-connected topological objects with rectangles; method of analyzing the obtained coatings for correctness; method of covering the interior regions of a multiply connected topological object, detected during its correctness analysis.

  • R&D according to the contract with the BRFFR "Methods and algorithms for planning and organizing sustainable computing for the synthesis of multi-agent systems" (contract No. F08M-097, 2008–2010, No. GR 20082721);

  • task 5SK/08-222 "To develop the prototype of the software neural network system for monitoring telemetric information, diagnostics of spacecraft subsystems, processing space images (PPS-TMK)", (2008-2011, No. GR 20090259).
