Quality management System
About the quality management system
To operate successfully, an organization needs to be managed in a systematic and obvious manner.
Along with other aspects of management, organization management includes quality management.
A quality management system (QMS) is a system created in an organization to formulate its quality policy and objectives and to achieve these objectives.
The quality policy is the main document of the system. It defines the objective of building and operating the QMS, as well as the obligations of top management to achieve the set objectives.
The functioning of the QMS is based on the involvement of all personnel, while the top management takes responsibility for achieving quality objectives.
Administrative influence on the QMS is based on the process management according to actual indicators. Its main objective is to create conditions capable of providing continuous process improvement. Along with that, the assessment of changes in the quality of the process is carried out on the basis of criteria.
