Current projects:

  • R&D "To develop the experimental model of the neural network system for monitoring the state and behavior of spacecraft subsystems based on telemetric data for a ground command-measuring complex" within the event 1.2 of the Union State program "Development of space and ground-based means of providing consumers in Russia and Belarus with information on Earth remote sensing" ("Monitoring-SG").

  • R&D "To develop a software complex for image processing and analysis for vision systems in the microelectronic industry" was performed as part of the SSTP "Microelectronics" of the subprogram "Microelectronics of ECB".

Developments:

  • Software system for processing satellite images for geoinformation systems of enterprises of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection. It is built on the developed methods and algorithms based on fuzzy clustering. To increase the differentiation of various vegetation cover and improve the separation of areas, additional channels with fractal characteristics, such as dimension and signature, are involved and included in the multispectral image.

  • Agricultural field monitoring system based on aerial photography data. The developed system allows for semi-automatic monitoring of agricultural fields based on color and texture features of aerial photographs of areas of interest taken from different heights using parallel computations. This makes it possible to track and map the incidence of crops and more efficiently apply fertilizers and pesticides.

  • R&D "To develop the software package for processing Earth remote sensing data for solving resource use problems" (Agreement between BSUIR and UIIP NAS No. 08-1135B from 1.09.2008, Measure 1.2 of the Union State program "Cosmos-NT")

  • R&D “Technology of creating maps of land resources dynamics via multispectral satellite images” (SCRP KI-30, 2010–2012, No. GR 20102105).

  • According to the Union State program "Development and use of advanced space assets and technologies in the interests of economic, scientific and technological development of the Union State" (code "Kosmos-SG") (2004–2007), approved by the resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Union State from December 29, 2003 No. 31.
