Projects
Now the Laboratory carries out the following projects:
- Models and methods for algorithmic and functional-logical design of control and computing systems on the base of custom-made and programmable very large scale integration circuits.
- Working out combined routes for the design of logic circuits on the base of the productional model of knowledge representation.
- Working out a program complex for automation of investigations of combinatorial algorithms for logical design.
- Working out methods for transforming projects of digital circuits, which are implemented in programmable logic integrated circuits of Xilinx firm, into domestically produced custom-made VLSI circuits for space applications.
- Working out software tools for synthesis of testing programs of digital circuits.
- Working out the design methods oriented to low power digital integrated microchips.
- Working out and application of methods, algorithms and software for solving the problems of cell and macrocell placement in the layout design of custom-made VLSI circuits.
- Topological design of macrocells in VLSI circuits with the structure organized hierarchically.
- Minimizing the area of custom-made VLSI implementing digital circuits.
