Siarhiej Kardash

Siarhiej Kardaš is a senior researcher of Laboratory No. 121.

He was born in 1954. In 1976 he graduated from the Faculty of Applied Mathematics of the Belarusian State University named after V.I. Lenin with a degree in mathematics. In 1985-1987 he studied in the full-time postgraduate study of the Academy of Sciences of the BSSR in the specialty "Management in technical systems". In 1991 he defended his Ph.D. thesis on the topic "Dialogue system for designing combinational logic circuits in the PLM basis". Currently, his main scientific activity direction is the development of methods for the synthesis of logic circuits of digital devices based on VLSI.
