Ìèíñêà ñ óãëóáëåííûì èçó÷åíèåì àíãëèéñêîãî ÿçûêà â òå÷åíèå 10 ëåò; ñ îòëè÷èåì îêîí÷èëà ìàøèíîñòðîèòåëüíûé ôàêóëüòåò Áåëîðóññêîãî íàöèîíàëüíîãî òåõíè÷åñêîãî óíèâåðñèòåòà (ÁÍÒÓ); îêîí÷èëà àñïèðàíòóðó Èíñòèòóòà òåõíè÷åñêîé êèáåðíåòèêè ÍÀÍ Áåëàðóñè (â íàñòîÿùåå âðåìÿ ÎÈÏÈ ÍÀÍ Áåëàðóñè) è äîêòîðàíòóðó ÎÈÏÈ ÍÀÍ Áåëàðóñè.

 ÎÈÏÈ ÍÀÍ Áåëàðóñè ðàáîòàåò ñ ìîìåíòà îêîí÷àíèÿ Áåëîðóññêîãî íàöèîíàëüíîãî òåõíè÷åñêîãî óíèâåðñèòåòà, ñ 2007 ã. – â äîëæíîñòè âåäóùåãî íàó÷íîãî ñîòðóäíèêà.

 2000 ã. çàùèòèëà êàíäèäàòñêóþ äèññåðòàöèþ íà òåìó «Ìåòîäû è ñðåäñòâà àâòîìàòèçàöèè èññëåäîâàíèÿ äèíàìè÷åñêèõ ñèñòåì ñ èñïîëüçîâàíèåì ïîëåé êîðíåâûõ òðàåêòîðèé» (íàó÷íûé ðóêîâîäèòåëü — ÷ëåí-êîðð. ÍÀÍ Áåëàðóñè, ïðîôåññîð Ã.Â. Ðèìñêèé). Êàíäèäàò òåõíè÷åñêèõ íàóê ïî äâóì ñïåöèàëüíîñòÿì: 05.13.12 "Óïðàâëåíèå â òåõíè÷åñêèõ ñèñòåìàõ" è 05.13.01 "Ñèñòåìû àâòîìàòèçàöèè ïðîåêòèðîâàíèÿ".  2002 ã. ïðèñâîåíî çâàíèå äîöåíòà ïî ñïåöèàëüíîñòè "Èíôîðìàòèêà, óïðàâëåíèå è âû÷èñëèòåëüíàÿ òåõíèêà".

Îáëàñòü íàó÷íûõ èíòåðåñîâ: òåîðèÿ êîðíåâûõ òðàåêòîðèé ñèñòåì àâòîìàòè÷åñêîãî óïðàâëåíèÿ (ÑÀÓ), ïðîáëåìû èññëåäîâàíèÿ ïîâåäåíèÿ äèíàìè÷åñêèõ ñèñòåì â óñëîâèÿõ ïàðàìåòðè÷åñêîé íåîïðåäåëåííîñòè è ðàçðàáîòêè ìåòîäîâ àíàëèçà è ñèíòåçà ðîáàñòíûõ ñèñòåì íà åå îñíîâå, ñîçäàíèå ñðåäñòâ àâòîìàòèçàöèè ïðîåêòèðîâàíèÿ ÑÀÓ ñëîæíûìè òåõíè÷åñêèìè îáúåêòàìè. Ðàçðàáîòàíà êîðíåâàÿ òåîðèÿ ðîáàñòíûõ èíòåðâàëüíûõ äèíàìè÷åñêèõ ñèñòåì, âêëþ÷àþùàÿ êîðíåâûå ìåòîäû àíàëèçà è ïàðàìåòðè÷åñêîãî ñèíòåçà ñèñòåì óïðàâëåíèÿ îáúåêòàìè, ôóíêöèîíèðóþùèìè â óñëîâèÿõ ïàðàìåòðè÷åñêîé íåîïðåäåëåííîñòè, ìåòîäû èññëåäîâàíèÿ ïîëåé êîðíåâûõ òðàåêòîðèé, ÷óâñòâèòåëüíîñòè ñèñòåì, ïðåäëîæåí íîâûé ïîäõîä ê ðåøåíèþ çàäà÷ ðîáàñòíîé óñòîé÷èâîñòè è êà÷åñòâà íà îñíîâå êîðíåâûõ ïîðòðåòîâ, ðàçðàáîòàíû òåõíîëîãèè ïðîåêòèðîâàíèÿ ÑÀÏÐ ÑÀÓ.

Ïî ðåçóëüòàòàì ïðîâåäåííûõ èññëåäîâàíèé îïóáëèêîâàëà áîëåå 150 íàó÷íûõ ðàáîò (â òîì ÷èñëå íà àíãëèéñêîì ÿçûêå) â âåäóùèõ çàðóáåæíûõ è ìåñòíûõ íàó÷íûõ èçäàíèÿõ, âêëþ÷àÿ äâå ìîíîãðàôèè è äâà ó÷åáíèêà äëÿ âûñøèõ òåõíè÷åñêèõ ó÷åáíûõ çàâåäåíèé.

Ïðèíèìàåò àêòèâíîå ó÷àñòèå â ìíîãî÷èñëåííûõ ìåæäóíàðîäíûõ è ìåñòíûõ íàó÷íûõ êîíôåðåíöèÿõ êàê â êà÷åñòâå äîêëàä÷èêà, òàê è ÷ëåíà îðãàíèçàöèîííîãî, ïðîãðàììíîãî êîìèòåòîâ è ðóêîâîäèòåëÿ ñåêöèé. Ðåçóëüòàòû ðàáîòû ïðåäñòàâëåíû íà ãëàâíûõ ïåðèîäè÷åñêè ïðîâîäèìûõ ìåæäóíàðîäíûõ íàó÷íûõ êîíôåðåíöèÿõ â îáëàñòè òåîðèè è ïðèëîæåíèé àâòîìàòè÷åñêîãî óïðàâëåíèÿ, âêëþ÷àÿ êîíôåðåíöèþ "Àìåðèêàíñêàÿ êîíôåðåíöèÿ ïî àâòîìàòè÷åñêîìó óïðàâëåíèþ" ("American Control Conference", ACC), åæåãîäíî ïðîâîäèìóþ â ÑØÀ (äîêëàä÷èê è ðóêîâîäèòåëü ñåêöèè ACC 2017), Âñåìèðíûå êîíãðåññû Ìåæäóíàðîäíîé ôåäåðàöèè àâòîìàòè÷åñêîãî óïðàâëåíèÿ (World Congresses of International Federation of Automatic Control, IFAC), ïðîâîäèìûå êàæäûå òðè ãîäà â ðàçíûõ ñòðàíàõ ìèðà, Åâðîïåéñêóþ êîíôåðåíöèþ ïî àâòîìàòè÷åñêîìó óïðàâëåíèþ (European Control Conference, ÅÑÑ), Ìåæäóíàðîäíûå êîíôåðåíöèè ïî ïðîáëåìàì óïðàâëåíèÿ (ÌÊÏÓ) è Ìåæäóíàðîäíûé ñåìèíàð "Óñòîé÷èâîñòü è êîëåáàíèÿ íåëèíåéíûõ ñèñòåì óïðàâëåíèÿ" èì. ßâëÿåòñÿ íàó÷íûì ðóêîâîäèòåëåì ìíîãî÷èñëåííûõ ïðîåêòîâ ôóíäàìåíòàëüíûõ èññëåäîâàíèé, âêëþ÷àÿ ìåæäóíàðîäíûå ñî ñòðàíàìè äàëüíåãî è áëèæíåãî çàðóáåæüÿ, çàäàíèé, âûïîëíÿåìûõ â ðàìêàõ ãîñóäàðñòâåííûõ ïðîãðàìì íàó÷íûõ èññëåäîâàíèé (ÃÏÍÈ), íàó÷íî-òåõíè÷åñêèõ ïðîãðàìì (ÃÍÒÏ).

ßâëÿåòñÿ ÷ëåíîì íàó÷íîãî ñîâåòà “Ïðîáëåìû ìîäåëèðîâàíèÿ èíòåëëåêòóàëüíûõ ïðîöåññîâ” ÎÈÏÈ ÍÀÍ Áåëàðóñè.

Ïðèíèìàåò ó÷àñòèå â ïîäãîòîâêå ñïåöèàëèñòîâ à îáëàñòè èíôîðìàöèîííûõ òåõíîëîãèé, ðàáîòàÿ ïî ñîâìåñòèòåëüñòâó íà äîëæíîñòè äîöåíòà ÁÍÒÓ. Ðóêîâîäèò ñòóäåíòàìè-äèïëîìíèêàìè, ìàãèñòðàíòàìè, àñïèðàíòàìè.

Íàãðàæäåíà ãðàìîòàìè Ìèíèñòåðñòâà îáðàçîâàíèÿ Ðåñïóáëèêè Áåëàðóñü è ÎÈÏÈ ÍÀÍ Áåëàðóñè.

Ñâîáîäíî âëàäååò àíãëèéñêèì ÿçûêîì (óðîâåíü Ñ1). ßâëÿåòñÿ ïåðåâîä÷èêîì (óñòíûì è ïèñüìåííûì) àíãëèéñêîãî ÿçûêà â ðàçëè÷íûõ íàó÷íî-òåõíè÷åñêèõ îáëàñòÿõ, ãèäîì-ïåðåâîä÷èêîì.
