In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated November 29, 2023 No. 381 "On Digital Development", the State Scientific Institution "Joint Institute of Informatics Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus" is designated as the "digitalization office" of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. To ensure the activities of the "digitalization office", a structural unit was created at the United Institute of Informatics Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus - the CENTER FOR SUPPORTING DIGITAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE NATIONAL ACADEMY OF SCIENCES OF BELARUS, which includes two departments.
In accordance with the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated December 23, 2022 No. 908 "On the new version of the integrated automated system of control (supervisory) activities in the Republic of Belarus", the functions of the operator of the new version of the IAS KND have been performed by the state scientific institution "United Institute of Informatics Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus" since March 1, 2023.
