- Debriper and research of models of structural and technological design of combined design of general-innovation and special purpose.
- Development and research of inological models of construction of systems for the design of technological equipment and non-standard equipment in the conditions of functioning of modern systems of geometric modeling and fin-cell analysis.
- Creation and implementation of prototypes of computer-in-tuned design systems of the combined structures of the guaranteed resource and the relevant systems of technological equipment.
- Development of the general theory of automated construction of structurally complex technical objects and systems of interdisciplinary nature using elements of electronic science (e-Science).
- Development of effective methods of integrating intelligent methods of synthesis of technical objects and systems with procedures for prompt preparation of raw data for in-depth supercomputer analysis and interpretation of results in engineering terms.
- Development and research of models and methods of solving design and technological problems of technical training of modern industries in the conditions of operation of subjectly oriented grid segments of virtual formation of new materials with predetermined properties.
- Creation and implementation of experimental samples of computer-in-tuned design systems and predictive supercomputer modeling based on theoretical research and generalizations.

Scientifically based methods of computer structural and technological design of welded structures, manufactured by arc methods of welding.

Methods of constructing systems for predicting common residual deformations of welded structures with a large number of short welds arbitrarily oriented in space.

Methodology for preparing the initial data and effectively solving related thermodynamic problems in multiprocessor computing environments.
Based on the theoretical results obtained, the following software complexes and computer technologies have been developed:
- software-methodical and tool INSVAR for the construction of computer-aided design systems for various purposes, as well as non-standard equipment;
- computer technology INSWAR-AGREGAT design and preparation of tillage manufacturing;
- supercomputer technology of modeling the interaction of the working bodies of soil processing units with soils of various agrotechnic nature;
- supercoming technology of predictive modelling of the behavior of load-carrying structures when exposed to variable operating loads, taking into account the internal stress-deformed state of the object caused by thermomechanical cycles of arc welding;
- supercomputer technology for determining the parameters of the systems of intake and exhaust tract of diesel engines by method of their virtual testing in the grid system SKIF;
- supercomputer technology for determining the characteristics of certain types of contact interaction of samples from nanostructured materials according to the surface of the sample obtained on the domestic atomic-silomic microscope (ASM).
Achievements
Silver medal of the 6-th Moscow International Salon of Innovations and Investments for a set of works on information support of the life cycle of diesel engines.Prize of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and the Russian Academy of Sciences for joint research on the topic “Theory, methods and practical use of parallel computing on supercomputing architectures of the SKIF family” (Medvedev S.V.).
