Îöåíêà íåðâíî-ìûøå÷íûõ íàðóøåíèé íà îñíîâå òåêñòóðíîãî àíàëèçà èçîáðàæåíèé 

Öåëüþ ðàáîòû ÿâëÿåòñÿ ðàçðàáîòêà áàçîâîé êîíöåïöèè ìåòîäèêè àíàëèçà ìåäèöèíñêèõ èçîáðàæåíèé ïîñðåäñòâîì óëó÷øåíèÿ óíèâåðñàëüíûõ õàðàêòåðèñòè÷åñêèõ ïðèçíàêîâ èçîáðàæåíèé è èõ èñïîëüçîâàíèÿ äëÿ êîëè÷åñòâåííîé èíòåðïðåòàöèè îáëàñòåé ìûøö íà èçîáðàæåíèÿõ ÿäåðíîãî ìàãíèòíîãî ðåçîíàíñà (ßÌÐ).

Êîëè÷åñòâåííàÿ èíòåðïðåòàöèÿ èçîáðàæåíèé ßÌÐ ìûøö çà÷àñòóþ óñëîæíåíà âñëåäñòâèå îñîáåííîñòåé ôèçè÷åñêèõ ïðèíöèïîâ èõ ôîðìèðîâàíèÿ. Íàáëþäåíèå çà íàðóøåíèÿìè â ìûøöàõ íà îñíîâå èçîáðàæåíèé â áîëüøèíñòâå ñëó÷àåâ ïðîâîäèòñÿ ïîñðåäñòâîì ñóáúåêòèâíîé (êà÷åñòâåííîé) îöåíêè, íà êîòîðóþ ìîãóò îêàçûâàòü âëèÿíèå âûçâàííûå ó÷àñòèåì ÷åëîâåêà ôàêòîðû. Íàó÷íàÿ èäåÿ è íîâèçíà ïðîåêòà ñîñòîèò â èñïîëüçîâàíèè òàêîãî ìåòîäà òåêñòóðíîãî àíàëèçà êàê ìíîãîìåðíûå ìàòðèöû ñîâìåñòíîé âñòðå÷àåìîñòè, à òàêæå âûäåëåíèå ëîêàëüíûõ òåêñòóðíûõ ïðèçíàêîâ, ÷òî äîëæíî ïîçâîëèòü ñîçäàòü áîëåå ìîùíûå èíñòðóìåíòû äëÿ ïîääåðæêè íåèíâàçèâíîé äèàãíîñòèêè è îöåíêè ëå÷åíèÿ.

Âîçìîæíûìè îáëàñòÿìè èñïîëüçîâàíèÿ ðåçóëüòàòîâ èññëåäîâàíèÿ ÿâëÿþòñÿ êîìïüþòåðèçèðîâàííàÿ ïîääåðæêà àíàëèçà èçîáðàæåíèé ßÌÐ äëÿ íåèíâàçèâíûõ îáñëåäîâàíèé íåðâíî-ìûøå÷íûõ çàáîëåâàíèé è îöåíêè òåðàïåâòè÷åñêèõ âìåøàòåëüñòâ. Íàïðèìåð, ïîñðåäñòâîì èñïîëüçîâàíèÿ ìåòîäèêè êîëè÷åñòâåííîé îöåíêè ñòðóêòóðíûõ èçìåíåíèé â ìûøöàõ è èõ ýâîëþöèè ñ ðàçâèòèåì íåðâíî-ìûøå÷íûõ íàðóøåíèé ìîãóò èìåòü âëèÿíèå íà:

à) äîëãîñðî÷íûå îáñëåäîâàíèÿ â êîíòåêñòå åñòåñòâåííîé èñòîðèè íåðâíî-ìûøå÷íûõ çàáîëåâàíèé, ïðè êîòîðûõ âàæíî îõàðàêòåðèçîâàòü êàæäóþ ìûøöó è ðàçëè÷íûå ýòàïû åå äåãðàäàöèè. Ýòî äîëæíî áûòü ïîëåçíûì äëÿ äèàãíîñòè÷åñêèõ öåëåé è ëó÷øåãî ïîíèìàíèÿ ìèîïàòèè (íàñëåäñòâåííûõ áîëåçíåé ìûøö);

á) îöåíêó òåðàïåâòè÷åñêèõ âìåøàòåëüñòâ, ïðè êîòîðûõ íåîáõîäèìî èìåòü êîëè÷åñòâåííóþ èíôîðìàöèþ îá ýôôåêòå âîçäåéñòâèÿ íà ìûøöó ïîñëå ïðèìåíåíèÿ íåêîòîðîé êîíêðåòíîé òåðàïèè.
