Kazakhstan and Belarus: Dialogue for Growth

On 12 December 2025, a round table titled “Kazakhstan and Belarus: Dialogue for Economic Growth Through Digital Solutions and Artificial Intelligence” was held in Minsk, organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Belarus.
The event was attended by Timur Mekeshevich Zhaksylykov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Belarus, whose presence underscored the significance of the meeting and the high level of bilateral engagement.
The United Institute of Informatics Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus was represented by Sergey Vladimirovich Kurglykov, Director General, and Sergey Nikolayevich Kasanin, Deputy Director General for Research.
During the round table, participants discussed the achievements of both countries in the field of digital transformation, the development of modern IT solutions, as well as new directions and prospects for Kazakhstan–Belarus cooperation.
Sergey Vladimirovich presented the practical experience of the United Institute of Informatics Problems in the area of artificial intelligence.
