On June 13, 2025, a meeting of the partners of the Association "Robototehnika i izkusvennyi intelektsi" was held in Minsk with an international expert on standardization in the field of artificial intelligence, Sergey V. Garbuk (Russian Federation).

The meeting was dedicated to issues of harmonization of approaches to IT standardization, development of general principles of ethical and safe application of technologies, as well as international cooperation in the field of digital standards.

The United Institute of Informatics Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, as the country's leading organization for scientific research in the field of intellectual information technologies, was invited as a key participant.

UIIP NAS of Belarus took part in the meeting:
-Sergei V. Kruglikov, general director of the institute;
-Sergei V. Potetenko, head of the Center for Support of Digital Development of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.

Participation in such events contributes to the strengthening of scientific cooperation, the exchange of experience and the active involvement of Belarusian specialists in the formation of the international agenda for the development and regulation of artificial intelligence.
