Product brief description:
There are the methodology and its information implementation technology that conducts virtual strength test of protection devices are made on the basis of "SKIF-UIIP" supercomputer cluster system. The protection devices are being tested during rollovers (ROPS) and against falling objects (FOPS).The system has been tested on 6 different cabins of JSC "Amkodor" ("Forwarder" tree crop harvester,7810.7-9, 318, 536, 342, 372 loaders) on the accordance with international and domestic standards. The methodology and technology is based on using of Unigraphics CAD-package, LS-DYNA CAE-package, LS-Preprocessor, and involves the use of a "SKIF" supercomputing cluster computing system or its analog. The technique was verified by comparative analysis of the strain-gage testing results at the control points of the design during JSC "Amkodor" products full-scale tests and calculated results of the virtual testing (accuracy ranges from 10% to 18%).

Main advantages:
The system has no analogues producing road-building machinery and forestry equipment and oriented at the enterprises of Belarus and Russia.  

Field of application:
The system is oriented at the companies producing road-building and forestry machines.

The development is completed.

The methodology and technology can be adapted for the interested organizations in the context of a business agreement.
