Product brief description:
Program, technical and network infrastructure that connects the Minsk Wheel Tractor Plant engineering Grid segment to BASNET network has been created and put into trial in National Grid Network. The infrastructure ensures trouble-free operation and round-the-clock data exchange over TCP/IP protocols based on channel Gigabit Ethernet technologies with data transmission speed of 1 Gb/s. It also ensures the subsequent modernization and expansion of the number of works tations for engineers of Minsk Wheel Tractor Plant.
The hierarchic structure of data storing has been developed and implemented into a "SKIF-UIIP" supercomputer. The structure provides an opportunity for all remote participants of "UIIP-MWTP" virtual organization to work in safe mode and to work in a team with the latest models of car design elements, which increases the efficiency of interaction between members of the organization and helps to avoid the duplication of data during the development and testing of a product.

The technique of modeling and finishing elements of a heavy vehicle (for example, MZKT 6001) has been developed. It analyzes the elements’ strength properties using certified world-class LS-DYNA and ADAMS software in a computing environment of grid segment. The technique allows to:
• generate finite element meshes of design elements  
• create finite element structural models of design elements  
• conduct virtual testing of the strength of design elements  
• conduct virtual testing of the strength of a cockpit model, installed on the vehicle frame , etc.
